![]() Personal Pianist is the product of years of teaching experience and experimenting by two professional musicians, one a violinist, and the other a cellist. The program is a very simple, easy-to-use practicing tool for students and parents, with which you can rehearse many pieces of music with a piano accompaniment. The main features of the software and available piano libraries are:
|
Together these elements will help the player develop steady rhythm as well as a sense for natural musicality. |
It is our goal that more and more resources be added to this site every week, MOST OF THEM FREE! This will include technical pages for students: scales, arpeggios, studies, as well as new libraries of piano accompaniments. All can be loaded into the Personal Pianist software, to be accessed for practicing (audio) or printed out. The only thing we ask, once you are convinced by trying out the FREE demo version, is to purchase a registration "key" which will unlock all of the other libraries and resources. The cost of this key is probably LESS than a single rehearsal with a professional pianist, and gives you countless hours of music accompaniments. Your valued support allows the creators of this software to maintain the site and continually add new libraries of piano parts and other resources. |
The libraries that have been designed for use with Personal Pianist are filled with standard pieces and the most commonly taught repertoire for a wide variety of skill levels. Most of the libraries also come with a printable version of the solo part, professionally notated and edited, so you can learn pieces and practice with the piano part, even without previously owning the sheet music. Some of the libraries will also have an MP3 file "linked" to a piece, so with the click of a button the student is able to hear a professionally recorded version of the music, for reference. |
Another important feature of Personal Pianist is the ability to accept virtually ANY Midi file you wish to add, and be able to scale the tempo just the same as our libraries. The possibilities are enormous then, since you can create or search for any number of pieces of music from the Web, that will run perfectly in this software. DOWNLOAD a Demo version today, and start exploring a new way of practicing music, and a truly dynamic way to increase a student's skill level, very inexpensively. |
